Simple rules I ship by.
I'm Durga — solo builder of AuraLock and CipherOnce. These three checks decide what I ship. If an idea can't pass them, I don't build it.
If the idea can't say no, it's just a slogan.
Every product has a core belief. AuraLock: “Start with what matters.” CipherOnce: “Your secrets are yours alone — even from us.” Before I write code, I ask: does this feature help that belief? If I hesitate, I cut it.

How I think — Point → Evidence → Explanation
I turn ideas into products — not just code.
From AuraLock's native Android architecture to Moru's gamified rewards engine, every project I touch goes from concept to shipped product.
Code is a tool. The real craft is understanding what needs to exist, why it matters, and how to make it real — then iterating until it's right.
This is why I work across the full stack, not just one layer. →
I lead through building, not just managing.
At Moru, I acted as Scrum Master and Technical Lead while still shipping features end-to-end — UI to backend to database.
The best technical leadership comes from staying close to the work. I coordinate teams while remaining hands-on with the codebase.
That's the kind of engineer I am — builder first, leader by doing. →
I care about the product, not just the implementation.
AuraLock's philosophy — 'start with what matters, not what to avoid' — came from product thinking, not a spec document.
Every decision, from UX to native Android APIs to Play Store policy, needs to serve the core value proposition. That's product-led engineering.
This mindset shapes everything I build. →
